Bring your standards. Build teams that rise.
Join San Francisco's all-women coaching staff to lead Recreational, SFYS Premier, and NorCal teams. Own the work, get hands-on coaching support, and grow with a club investing in better outcomes.

Lead one team well, then grow into broader responsibility as the club and its players progress.
If you have owned a youth team, developed players across a season, and can point to a result you helped create, we want to know what you could build here.
What Experienced Coaches Get Here
Own the Team
Lead the training plan, match environment, player development, and team culture across a full season. We hire experienced coaches for judgment and ownership — not just to run isolated sessions.
High Standards. Real Support.
Work directly with a USSF B-licensed Director of Coaching who observes sessions, gives useful feedback, and helps solve problems before a season gets away from you.
Compensation Follows Caliber
Experience, licensing, and repeatable results matter here. Strong coaches can earn broader team scope, greater responsibility, and compensation aligned to the impact they deliver.
Build the Next License
We invest in USSF licensing and coaching education. Your next credential should expand what you can lead here, not become an expense you carry alone.
High expectations. High support.
Work directly with Loni Brewer, our USSF B-licensed Director of Coaching & Player Development. Session observation, direct feedback, and shared standards replace the experience of being left alone with a roster.

Where We Need Proven Coaches
We recruit for these head-coach tracks continuously. The strongest candidates can describe a team they owned, what changed under their leadership, and what they want to take on next.
