What's your favorite soccer position?

Midfield

Do you have a favorite female soccer player? If so, who?

Julie Ertz

Why do you think it's important to have women coaches?

I think it is important to have women coaches because they understand the things that girls are going through and they can help us. Also, having women coaches can help us have a strong woman leader to look up to.

What's special about Girls Leading Girls to you or what has Girls Leading Girls taught you?

Girls Leading Girls is unique because it doesn't just teach us how to play soccer, it helps us with life skills and leadership that have made me a better soccer player and a better person.

What's been the hardest about shelter in place for you?

The hardest thing about shelter in place is that I don't get to go to school. I see all my friends there and I love learning new things! Also, all of my after school activities got cancelled like my school play, soccer and dance.

What have you done during shelter in place to stay positive & happy?

Something I do is turn on some relaxing music and just breathe. Another thing I do is read a book or make a friendship bracelet.

Do you have other passions/hobbies outside soccer?

My other hobbies are musical theater, dance, art and reading.

What's your age, grade, & school?

11 years old, 5th Grade, Lafayette Elementary
